学生の1人が英語で投稿していたので

もし本社から海外支社にゼネラルマネジャーが新任になった際に、地元のマネジャーが反抗的な態度だった場合、どうしましょうか?

Your question is interesting. Not everyone is friendly like Steve.^^;
My idea is that GM should be a listener first.
This is because if local manager(Steve in this video) is rebellious, there must be some reasons.For example, previous GM haven't allowed anything to be done by local manager(LM) though LM have many ideas.
If there was such situations, LM can hate HQ and become rebellious.
What I wrote above is just a one possibility.But there must be a belief based on their experience under words and behaviors,
So, even if LM is first rebellious, GM must be a listener and try to know what LM hasexperienced before.
And the way is ice melting, isn't it(^^)?
